Protherm 1200 °C Atmosphere-Controlled High-Temperature Furnace (Tube Furnace)
The 1200 °C atmosphere-controlled high-temperature tube furnace is a laboratory device used for working with samples that require heat treatment at high temperatures under an oxygen-free environment. With a maximum operating temperature of 1200 °C and an approximately 100 mm reactor diameter, the furnace enables safe heat treatments in a step-controlled, oxygen-free atmosphere. The 1600 °C high-temperature atmosphere-controlled ashing furnace is used for processes carried out under high-temperature and controlled-atmosphere conditions. With a maximum operating temperature of 1600 °C and an internal volume of approximately 16 liters, the unit is particularly suitable for applications that require high temperatures and precise control. Protherm 1400 °C High-Temperature Ashing Furnace (30 L)
The 30 L capacity high-temperature ashing furnace is used for high-temperature ashing, sintering, and similar processes. With a maximum operating temperature of 1600 °C, the unit allows various samples to be subjected to heat treatment safely and in a controlled manner at elevated temperatures. Thanks to its large chamber volume, it enables the simultaneous processing of multiple or large-volume samples, improving efficiency in laboratory applications.

The 1200 °C rail system high-temperature ashing furnace has a maximum operating temperature of 1200 °C and is used for carrying out heat treatment processes on large-scale samples at high temperatures. Thanks to its rail system design, samples can be placed into and removed from the furnace safely and in a controlled manner. This structure enhances operational safety, particularly during high-temperature operation, while also providing ease of use and improved operational efficiency.
