By establishing the Quality Management System required within the framework of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard in the services we provide as İSTE-BTM laboratory;
- By performing the calibrations/verifications of all critical devices used and that may affect the quality in accordance with the instructions for each device, and by ensuring that all analyzes are carried out by applying the tests prescribed by international standards and internationally valid test methods, the analysis results; Aiming to provide technical results that are valid and acceptable by legal authorities,
- Aiming to meet customer needs in a timely, accurate, complete and impartial manner by ensuring that analyzes are carried out and the results are evaluated by competent and impartial expert personnel,
- Keeping the satisfaction of the customers served at the highest level based on the analyzes and evaluations made and ensuring the confidentiality of customer information,
- Aiming to continuously improve the competencies of laboratory employees by implementing planned training, as well as to prevent the recurrence of deficiencies and non-conformities detected within the laboratory and to ensure absolute customer satisfaction,
- Creating workplace safety within the safety rules by taking the necessary precautions regarding human health and job security,
- To create an understanding of quality that prioritizes social and ethical responsibility and sustainability.
