ISTE 2022-2023 Academic Year International Student Placement Results
The applications of candidates who have not completed or approved their online applications have not been evaluated and you can access your International Student Placement application result by logging in to the application system at the following address in the Application Results section under the Results heading https://obs.iste.edu.tr/oibs/foa_app/login.aspx
Students whose International Student Placement applications are accepted will be able to register at ISTE Student Affairs Office between 01.08.2022 and 12.08.2022 in person or through a notary attorney.
Candidates who win the music program will pre-register on the exact registration dates. If these candidates are successful in the special talent exam to be held in our Conservatory, their final registration will be made. Information about the Special Talent Exam will be announced on the Conservatory website later, and the candidates who do not take the exam or fail the exam will not be registered.
If there is a vacant quota after the registration of those placed in the program, resettlement will be made among the candidates whose preferences are taken into consideration. The result of this placement process will be announced on the website of ISTE Student Affairs Department https://iste.edu.tr/duyuru-merkezi/oidb
FINAL REGISTRATIONS
Among the candidates who have the right to enroll at our university, those who do not register in person or through a notary public's representative on the final registration date and do not complete their registration will lose their right to enroll. Those who make false statements in the information requested in the electronic environment and the documents requested during registration, those who falsify and those who bring incomplete documents for the final registration will not be registered, and the registration of the students whose candidate registration or final registration is made in this way will also be deleted.

Documents Requıred For Fınal Regıstratıon *
- Final Registration Form (The form will be filled in and submitted for final registration with the required documents.),
- For departments whose medium of instruction is Turkish or Turkish-English, the original (if any) and photocopy of the document showing that they have reached at least B2 language level (in Turkish) from the relevant exams of TÖMER or Yunus Emre Institute,
- T.C. in the country where the high school diploma is located. The original and the translation approved by the representative office and the photocopy of these documents,
- Demonstrating that the high school diploma is equivalent to the diplomas obtained from high schools in our country, T.C. Ministry of National Education or T.C. The original and photocopy of the "Equivalence Certificate" to be taken from the Representative Office,
- T.R. in the country where the Grade Status Document (Transcript) is located. The original and the translation approved by the representative office and the photocopy of these documents,
- Photocopy of the passport and its original and photocopy to be returned after examination,
- The original and photocopy of the Education Visa,
- 4 4,5x6,0 photographs (photos taken within the last 6 months, must be in a way that can easily introduce the candidate),
- International Student Exam Result Document made by Universities in our country in 2022.
*Candidates must bring 1 (one) photocopy of the documents required for final registration with them during registration.
