Students who will graduate from our department will have the following professional competencies after completing their education:
PO1. Adequate knowledge of mathematics, science and related engineering-specific subjects; theoretical and practical knowledge in these disciplines, the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
PO2. Ability to identify, express and solve complex engineering challenges; Ability to select and use appropriate analysis and modeling methods to achieve this goal.
PO3. Ability to design and implement complex systems taking into account real-world constraints and requirements.
PO4. Ability to select and use modern techniques and tools required for analysis and solution of complex problems encountered in the field of engineering; Ability to use information technologies effectively.
PO5. Ability to plan experiments, perform experiments, collect data, analyze and interpret results for the study of complex engineering problems or discipline-specific research topics.
PO6. Ability to collaborate effectively in teams consisting of different areas of expertise and disciplines; Ability to work individually when necessary.
PO7. Having effective verbal and written communication skills; Having knowledge of at least one foreign language; Ability to write effective reports and understand written reports and prepare design and production reports; making effective presentations; Ability to give and receive clear and understandable instructions.
PO8. Awareness of the importance of continuous learning; The ability to access information, follow advances in science and technology, and constantly update oneself.
