The Turkish Document Provision and Lending System (TÜBESS) allows academic and administrative staff and undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students of Iskenderun Technical University to access theses from the YÖK Thesis Center (which are not open access) for the duration of the protocol with other universities.

To access theses completed at Iskenderun Technical University, please visit http://openaccess.iste.edu.tr/xmlui/ and perform a search.
• You can request theses from the YÖK Thesis Center through TÜBESS.
• If you encounter the message "This thesis is not authorized to be published in the database.
You can access printed copies of theses that are not authorized for publication through your university library (via TÜBESS)" when searching on the YÖK National Thesis Center website (https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/),
you can request theses through our library. • To request theses, you can send your thesis requests, along with bibliographic information (thesis number, author name, thesis title, institute, year), from your institutional email address to kddb@iste.edu.tr.
(Request Form is not required.)
• A user can request a maximum of 10 theses. • Theses whose use has been restricted by the author until a certain date cannot be requested.
