Academic staff, students, and administrative staff of İSTE, as well as academic and administrative staff and students participating in exchange programs and special agreements, are considered internal users of the library. These users can become library members and access all library services if they apply for membership to the İSTE Library: Information Discovery Center.
Users who do not meet the above criteria are considered external users of the library. External users cannot become library members; however, they can access library services within the physical library premises.
Members are obligated to inform the library of any changes to their identity and contact information. Otherwise, the İSTE Library: Information Discovery Center is not responsible for any consequences arising from the inability to contact members.
