MACHINE PROGRAM
DEFINITION OF THE PROGRAM:
Machine Program provides knowledge and skills on industry based machining and chipless production methods, computer aided design and production (CAD-CAM), maintenance and repair techniques, measurement and quality control, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, material recognition and inspection (destructive-non-destructive) is a program that trains technical intermediate staff who are given a management formation in order to assume responsibility in a workshop in a business.
THE AIM OF THE PROGRAM:
In the machine program, two-year associate degree education is given. The program aims to provide students with the following knowledge and skills;
-Theoretical and practical information about machine training,
-The use of new machine technologies suitable for today's changing conditions,
-CAD (computer aided drawing) and CAM (computer aided production) use,
- Program preparation and use of machine for CNC controlled machines,
- Business discipline, management and organization principles,
- Production and planning techniques,
-Measurement, control techniques and destructive and non-destructive inspection methods,
- Machining and chipless manufacturing methods and machine tools,
-Hydraulic-pneumatic control systems theory and applications.
PROGRAM WORKSHOP AND LABORATORY OPPORTUNITIES:
There is a manufacturing workshop where machining tools such as lathes, milling, cnc, drill, trowel, grinding, cutting, sharpening and machining applications are carried out. In this workshop where bending, crimping and welding machines are also available, chipless manufacturing applications can be made. Measurement and control laboratory, material laboratory, computer laboratories where computer-aided drawing applications are made, and hydraulic-pneumatic laboratory are also offered for the use of program students in practice lessons.
PROGRAM'S BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES:
Machinery Technicians; It can be employed in areas such as production, maintenance, drawing and design in the public and private sectors where all kinds of machining / chipless production and technical service activities are carried out. Due to the fact that the manufacturing industry is a rising power and CNC machines have an important place in modern manufacturing, Machine Technician has been the most sought-after personnel in this field. and can take part in promotional areas. Those who provide sufficient knowledge and skills and who are confident can start their own business.

Students who graduate / graduate from the Machine Program can take the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) held by ÖSYM to make vertical transfer.

Students' 30-day internships;
Manufacturing, maintenance-repair, project, planning, machine drawing and construction departments, machine tools and cnc machining centers, machining centers, machinery and metal industry, automotive industry, iron and steel, of all factories and enterprises in public institutions and private sector. There are possibilities for realization in a wide range of enterprises such as chemical, textile, glass, cement industry, rolling mills and steel mills.
Integration with Business World (IME)
Successful students who meet certain criteria are sent to industry education within the scope of IME program, which is launched to prepare for the business world.
