Mission: Our mission as the Department of Engineering Basic Sciences; to lead in the production and development of scientific studies, nationally and internationally and to blend their knowledge in disciplined, hardworking, basic sciences in engineering applications, to train equipped students who can analyze advanced technology and scientific developments. In addition to providing basic science courses at undergraduate and graduate level, actively participating in the research activities of the university is also an important part of the mission of the Department of Engineering Basic Sciences. The faculty members of the department aim to be a pioneer in scientific research in their fields with their research projects, scientific articles published in reputable international journals and scientific papers presented at reputable conferences.
Vision: Our vision as the Department of Engineering Basic Sciences; combining basic sciences such as mathematics, physics, chemistry and engineering principles from an interdisciplinary point of view, to give the engineers of the future the ability to think modern and analytical. In addition, it is our vision to carry out joint scientific studies with faculty members in other units of the university, especially by developing interdisciplinary projects.
