Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
The Travel Management Master's Program is planned, executed, and continuously developed in accordance with the quality assurance principles of the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) and the Tourism Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board (TURAK).
The quality assurance system of the program is based on an outcome-based and student-centered approach aiming to ensure consistency among program objectives, program outcomes, educational processes, and interactive assessment applications.
In this context:
- The relationship between course learning outcomes, updated according to sectoral needs, and program outcomes is evaluated periodically.
- Student, alumni, and external stakeholder feedback is systematically collected and analyzed through interactive digital platforms.
- Based on the findings, course curricula, teaching methods, and technological infrastructures are continuously updated.
Quality assurance activities in the program are carried out within the framework of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, thereby supporting a culture of continuous improvement in the academic and administrative structure of the program. Our program is managed with a dynamic and sustainable quality approach in line with Industry 4.0 developments, current trends in travel technologies, and stakeholder expectations.
