History
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Institute of Graduate Studies of İskenderun Technical University began accepting students in September 2025.
Goals
To train individuals who possess the broad perspective required by the tourism sector, are professional and cultured, can represent and promote their country well, have a command of concepts related to tourism, culture, gastronomy, national and international cuisines, keep abreast of developments, can apply them in their field, and can fulfill requirements by monitoring changes.
