Iskenderun Technical University Faculty of Business and Management Sciences aims use innovative methods to train individuals who are entrepreneurial and innovative, capable of thinking analytically, questioning, investigating, and suggesting analytical solutions, open to technological developments, able to think freely, equipped with professional skills that are needed currently and in the future, equipped with high self-confidence and aware of the value she/he carries, and who ensure the establishment and sustainability of the university-industry-public-society partnership. Our faculty has adopted the mission and principle of increasing the quality and quantity of these individuals without sacrificing quality, to serve the region and the country by producing science that can be utilized, to become a center of attraction with the accumulated knowledge, and to convey scientific knowledge to all stakeholders.
Our vision is to be a Faculty where innovative approaches in science and technology are produced, which is learning and practice-oriented in education and training, and where quality education is institutionalized, with high international competitiveness in scientific research activities, competent and effective academic staff devoted to responsibility and ethical values, and students who are trained by these staff that learned how to learn, and who adopted the institutional identity of the university and contribute to the brand value of the university, and to be a qualified and respected Faculty and a leading institution in its subject areas in line with the requirements of the current times, which has high recognition and preference, and which is shown as a reference and model by national and international institutions.
Faculty of Business and Management Sciences was established on 23.04.2015 and it consists of departments of Economics, International Trade and Management, Logistics Management and Management Information Systems.
