IME is a program that offers full-time working experience in accordance with their own vision and goals just before graduation to those who prefer the Business World among our successful students who are enrolled in undergraduate and associate degree programs and who do not have lower courses.
ISTE - IME has a unique characteristic with its different and unique structure than the universities that apply the long-term internship program in our country and in the world.
- We give the title of "Integrator" to the students who prefer the IME program, who take their first steps into the profession and are almost a bridge between the Business World and the University, not "intern" because all the theoretical courses are over.
- IME gives both students and companies the right to choose within the scope of University - Industry Cooperation.
- It is not a compulsory application and is in the elective course category.
- Since students prefer the sector and even the company they want to integrate in line with their own wishes, visions and goals, a successful IME application is carried out.
- Students have the opportunity to develop their self-confidence and entrepreneurship by interviewing with the companies they want to work with beforehand.
- In addition, companies can also determine the Integrators themselves by conducting pre-interviews.
- In order to develop their Human Resources strategies and contribute to their Human Resources Planning, businesses can carry out the trial process within the scope of the program by choosing Integrators from the professions they plan to employ thanks to the IME program.
- In addition, each Integrator has an advisor from both the university and the company.
- Advisor lecturers visit the companies by supervising the Integrators on site and have the opportunity to discuss possible working issues within the scope of University Industry Cooperation with company officials.
