Industrial design is a field of study that facilitates the needs of the individual and society, offers safety and creative product solutions with high perceptual qualities, and enables creative thinking to evolve into mass production by integrating the concepts of function, form and value. Industrial design, which contributes to the development of the material culture of today's society as an industrial discipline and a strategic competitive element; It is a creative discipline that interprets the relationship between product and human, using the possibilities of technology in terms of visual, physical, cognitive and functionality.
With this program, it is aimed to train designers who are innovative, safe, sensitive to cultural values, respond to consumer demands, can plan the production methods and processes of products that are planned to be mass produced in the industry with aesthetic and sustainable products, combining art and engineering in their designs, taking into account ergonomics, functionality and cost conditions.
