The Iskenderun Technical University Graduate Education Institute's Master's Program in Tourism and Hotel Management aims to train experts and academics with high scientific research competence and an innovative vision, suitable for the dynamic structure of the tourism sector. The program curriculum establishes a strong academic foundation with methodological courses such as scientific research techniques, qualitative research, data analysis, and academic writing, while simultaneously developing students' managerial skills through corporate governance courses such as contemporary marketing approaches, modern leadership, strategic management, and corporate communication. Closely following current trends in the sector, the program comprehensively addresses macro-level sectoral areas such as sustainable tourism, ecotourism, destination management, cultural and health tourism, as well as specialized areas such as gastronomic culture, sustainable gastronomic tourism, food marketing, and nutritional trends. Furthermore, focusing on future tourism trends with courses on technology use in the tourism sector, artificial intelligence, innovation approaches, green practices, and entrepreneurship, the institute's program aims to contribute to the sector and the scientific world by transforming theoretical knowledge into academic output through an in-depth thesis process supported by seminars and specialized courses. Postgraduate education lasts two years. During this time, students take courses worth 120 ECTS credits.
