Industrial engineering has a wide perspective and knowledge to solve problems in different sectors such as manufacturing, health, transportation, environment, and computing. It deals with the handling, improvement, and redesign of the process as a whole in systems where human, machine, material, energy, information, capital, and informatics are integrated. It is a discipline that can blend mathematics, science, and social sciences with its analysis and design skills in order to obtain the best solution in the systems under consideration.
Our aim based on the vision of ISTE Technoversity is to train Industrial Engineers who are;
- Able to deal with problems that may arise in every sector with an analytical thinking approach,
- removing the boundaries between disciplines while generating a solution approach,
- able to synthesize disciplines; able to produce solutions to meet national and international needs;
- does not limit itself in terms of perspective, knowledge, field of study, technology,
- removes borders in all ways in all areas.
In parallel with this purpose, we have a curriculum that is in constant communication and cooperation with all our stakeholders, attaches importance to university-industry cooperation, which does not ignore the application of the education given to the industry as well as the theoretical knowledge required by the profession, and deals with innovations with agile thinking.
