This project is the first Electric Vehicle Project produced by İSTE Electric Vehicle Team in Iskenderun Technical University.
The first electric vehicle produced by our project team participated for the first time in the TÜBİTAK Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle 2018 competition organized by TUBITAK in Kocaeli Gulf Race Track on 6-12 August 2018.
Our electric vehicle is subjected to technical controls such as dynamic driving test, ramp test etc. by TÜBİTAK experts before the race. Our vehicle passed these checks successfully to qualify for the final races. Our vehicle successfully completed the race track for 65 minutes of final races, without giving technical breakdowns at the race track. At the award ceremony, our team received the Promotion and Dissemination Award of 2000 TL.
In this adventure that we start with a bang, we thank to our Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay DERELİ at first, and then to our university and our sponsors, they have given to our project for all the moral and material support.
