ISTE ACADEMIC RECEIVES LEOPOLD B. FELSEN EXCELLENCE IN ELECTROMAGNETICS AWARD
Iskenderun Technical University (ISTE) Engineering Faculty Research Assistant Dr. Fatih Özkan Alkurt has been honored with the Leopold B. Felsen Excellence in Electromagnetics Award for his significant contributions to the field of electromagnetics.
Dr. Fatih Özkan Alkurt, a research assistant at ISTE Faculty of Engineering, has been recognized with the Leopold B. Felsen Excellence in Electromagnetics Award. This prestigious award, established by the Leopold B. Felsen Foundation following the passing of Prof. Dr. Leopold B. Felsen in 2005, prioritizes the works and individual contributions of Turkish students and researchers in the field of electromagnetics within Turkey. This year, Dr. Alkurt's exemplary work in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department earned him this distinguished accolade. The award, which is open to students and researchers who have received their doctorates within the last five years and are working in the field of electromagnetics in Turkey, includes a prize of 2500 USD.
