ISTE SIGNS COOPERATION PROTOCOL IN HEALTH SECTOR
Iskenderun Technical University (ISTE) has signed a cooperation protocol with the Iskenderun District Health Directorate, aiming at social and scientific collaboration.
On Wednesday, May 29, ISTE Rector Prof. Dr. Tolga Depci and Iskenderun District Health Director Dr. Buket Karaca signed the protocol at the ISTE Rectorate Office. Both leaders expressed their hopes that this significant collaboration will be beneficial for both institutions and all beneficiaries.
Under the protocol, ISTE will provide expertise to the Iskenderun District Health Directorate in various areas, including in-service training, improvement of educational infrastructure, evaluation of teaching processes, enrichment of the curriculum, enhancement of the quality of seminars and projects, and support for educational activities. Additionally, ISTE faculty members will be able to collect data and conduct research under conditions deemed appropriate by both parties.
Expressing his pleasure in signing a new cooperation protocol, ISTE Rector Prof. Dr. Tolga Depci stated: "With the protocol we have established with the Iskenderun District Health Directorate, we have added a new stakeholder to our network. As the ISTE family, we will support and stand by Dr. Buket Karaca and her team in their health, social, and scientific endeavours. We will continue our efforts in harmony and cooperation with everyone for the benefit of Iskenderun. I wish this agreement to be beneficial and successful for all of us."
