Announcement about various requests regarding student affairs
Due to the heavy distribution in our telephone exchange due to increased call interruptions during course registration dates, interruptions in communication may occur from time to time. In this process, direct and rapid communication can be established by reaching the relevant unit/person of our University's website via e-mail. You can also send your requests to the Student Affairs Department via e-mail from your corporate e-mail address (student's e-mail address with @iste.edu.tr attachment) to ogrenci@iste.edu.tr. These requests will be processed and no action will be taken regarding requests made from your e-mail addresses other than your corporate e-mail address.

You can update your defined e-mail address and change your password by logging in via the e-Government portal at https://kimlik.iste.edu.tr/module/istekimlik.
Student Number Query System, https://obs.iste.edu.tr/oibs/ogrsis/no_query.aspx? T.R. by logging in online. Enter your ID number into the system and divide your student number.
You can select your student automation password by using one of the "Reset with Credentials" or "Reset with E-Mail Address" options. You can also change your student automation password from the "User Transactions, Change Password" menu after your email status and login information are protected.
