Announcement Regarding Requests for Student Affairs and Procedures
Due to the heightened call volume during course registration dates, there may be occasional disruptions in communication due to the high activity on our telephone switchboard. During this period, for swift communication, we recommend reaching out directly to the relevant unit/person via email through our university's website. Additionally, you can submit your requests to the Student Affairs Department via email from your university-provided email address (student's email with @iste.edu.tr extension) to ogrenci@iste.edu.tr . Please note that requests from email addresses other than your university-provided email will not be processed.

You can learn your e-mail address that you defined during the corporate e-mail application, update your defined e-mail and change your password by logging in via e-Government: https://kimlik.iste.edu.tr/module/istekimlik .
You can log in to the Student Number Enquiry System at https://obs.iste.edu.tr/oibs/ogrsis/no_query.aspx? and enter your Turkish ID number into the system to find out your student number.
You can set your student automation password by selecting "Reset Password" from https://obs.iste.edu.tr/oibs/ogrenci/login.aspx and using one of the options "Reset with Credentials" or "Reset with Email Address". You can also change your student automation password from the "User Operations, Change Password" menu after logging in via e-Government.
