SOCIAL FACILITIES FOR STUDENTS AT ISTE ARE INCREASING DAY BY DAY
Iskenderun Technical University (ISTE) continues to increase social facilities for students in the new academic year.
At Iskenderun Technical University (ISTE), efforts to enhance social facilities for students continue into the new academic year. In this regard, seven cafeterias, tea rooms, and photocopy centres, which were previously tendered and prepared for student use, will be open for students during the 2024-2025 academic year.
For the new academic year, ISTE will provide face-to-face education across all departments. Additionally, a central cafeteria, located behind the Central Library building, will be available for students to spend quality time and socialize.
Expressing his excitement about the return to face-to-face education in all departments, ISTE Rector Prof. Dr. Tolga Depci stated, “We had said that after completing the laboratories, improving social facilities was next. We are continuing our work on this matter without interruption. While the tender for our Central Cafeteria, which will be built on the newly developed area behind the Central Library building, is ongoing, we have completed the tenders for the seven cafeterias, central cafeteria, tea rooms, and photocopy centres within our University. I am pleased to share the news that all of these facilities will be available to the ISTE family in the new academic year.”
