İskenderun Teknik Üniversitesine kaydolmuş yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler, yükseköğretim kurumları ile resmi işbirliği protokolleri kapsamında gelen öğrenci ve akademisyenler ile Türkçe yeterliliğini geliştirmek isteyenler, İSTE TÖMER’e kayıt yaptırabilir.
